Specific to: City of London, Ontario Public Secondary Schools Amount of Award: $5,000 towards tuition in addition to a new notebook computer History: The Kenneth Lloyd Cottel Scholarship Fund has been established by Precision Healthcare Solutions in memory of Ken Cottel (born April 26, 1930 passed away in April 2005). He was a caring person and was always there for his family. His guidance and compassion will be sorely missed by all who loved him. This gift will carry on his kindness to those in need. Criteria:
Selection Process: Each school may identify a candidate and forward the student's name, address, phone number, date of birth, counselor contact and required essay and other attachments to R. Princis, Coordinator Development, Public Affairs & Community Relations Department. Final selection for the scholarship will be made by Kara-Lee Carson-Simpson, partner of Precision Healthcare Solutions. Procedure for Applying: Application forms are available from your school's Student Services Department, or online at http://www.tvdsb.on.ca/studentawards/. The student must submit:
Deadline: Check with your school's Student Services Department for application deadline. Student Services must submit student applications to R. Princis, Coordinator Development, Public Affairs and Community Relations no later than May 31. Special Notes: This bursary will be judged primarily on community involvement followed by academic achievements.
